4-4-25 dodge county-landlord tennant training

The Dodge County Sheriff’s Office will be hosting free landlord/tenant training. This three-hour training will be open to Dodge County residents and focus on the screening process, leases, landlord and tenant rights and the eviction process. This training will be held on Wednesday, April 23, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. in the auditorium on the first floor of the Dodge County Administration Building, located at 127 E. Oak Street, Juneau, Wisconsin.  Our speaker, Corina Eufinger, is a licensed Wisconsin Real Estate Broker and 4th generation rental investor with a deep-rooted passion for the power of real estate investing. With years of hands-on experience, she has built a reputation as an expert in managing and growing real estate portfolios. Her insights and knowledge are regularly featured on her popular podcast, Landlord Chick. In addition to her real estate career, she is actively involved in her community. Corina is a proud member of the Daughters
of the American Revolution (DAR), serving as an officer in her local chapter, where she promotes historic preservation, education, and patriotism. She is also a member of the Citizens Police Academy Alumni, supporting the Watertown Police Department in its community outreach efforts. Corina will share her expertise with our Dodge County residents and educate attendees on proper screening, leases, landlord/tenant laws and the eviction process. It is our goal to make landlord/tenant relationships successful here in our county.     The Dodge County Sheriff’s Office civil process team will be on hand and be available to answer any questions the public may have regarding our services.  Who should attend?
