As the FDA considers action that would remove menthol, groups across Wisconsin observed No Menthol Sunday this past weekend. Fond du Lac County Tobacco Prevention Coordinator Johanna Brotz says menthol is an additive that makes smoking easier to start and harder to quit. Brotz says tobacco companies have had great sucess in marketing menthol products to communities of color. The East Central Alliance for Nicotine Prevention hosted a No Menthol event Sunday at the Boys and Girls Club in Fond du Lac.
