The victims of a fatal head on collision in Fond du Lac County have been identified. The Sheriff’s Office says 19 year old Grace Starlight Cruis Thull was eastbound on Highway 23 near Heinrich Road west of Fond du Lac Thursday afternoon when her car crossed the center line striking a westbound vehicle driven by 64 year old Gary Wustrack of Ripon. Wustrack and Thill were both pronounced dead at the scene.
