The Fond du Lac County Sheriff’s Office says a new variation of fentanyl was seized following a traffic stop over the weekend. The Sheriff’s Office says K9 Rip alerted on the vehicle and deputies found red fentanyl, crack, and drug paraphernalia. A search of the driver’s home recovered additional illegal drugs and other items related to the sale and distribution of illegal drugs. The Sheriff’s Office says between the car and home deputies confiscated 12 grams of red fentanyl, enough to make 6,000 lethal doses and 27 grams of crack. The driver was on parole after serving prison time for possession of cocaine with intent to deliver.
