The Fond du Lac County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the death of an elderly man who got caught in some farm equipment over the weekend. Shortly before 4pm Saturday rescue personnel were called to the scene on Rose-Eld Road for a report of an 85 year old man caught in a tractor-mower with severe injuries. The victim was pronounced dead at the scene. Investigators are not sure if the man suffered a medical condition prior to accident. An autopsy will be conducted to try to determine the cause of death.
