SSM Health St. Agnes Hospital is hosting a community blood drive from 12 – 3 pm on Tuesday, October 17 in the Plaza Level Conference Center, 430 E. Division Street, Fond du Lac. Appointments are encouraged. Donors will get a choice of a gift card or bonus points to shop the ImpactLife rewards store for a new Halloween shirt and more.
Donors should eat before donating and bring a photo ID.
