Three suspects are in custody following a strong armed robbery at Walmart in Fond du Lac. Shortly before 8pm Sunday police were called to Walmart for a report that three suspects stole nearly $3600 worth of Apple watches. According to police one suspect requested to see an iPad, and when the Walmart associate opened the locked door another suspect grabbed the worker and held him down while the two others grabbed the watches. Police learned the suspects were observed at the Watertown Walmart but fled, and later received a call that the Whitewater Police Department arrested the suspects in the parking lot of the Walmart in their city. Fond du Lac police recovered all of the stolen Apple watches. The male suspects, ages 24 and 22, were all from Michigan and have extensive criminal histories in Michigan, Indiana, Oklahoma and Wisconsin and all three are convicted felons. They were arrested and transported to the Fond du Lac County Jail on charges of Robbery, Felony Retail Theft, Disorderly Conduct, and Battery.
