Envision Greater Fond du Lac’s Agri-Business Council’s Agricultural Ambassador Program is being recognized. The program is the recipient of tghe 2023 Ag in the Classroom Agriculture Literacy Award from the Wisconsin Farm Bureau Federation. Envision vice president of membership and resource development Joe Venhuizen says the ambassador program offers free virtual or i8n-person presentations on a range of agricultural topics for students grades 4K through 8th grade. During the 2022-23 school year the program impacted over 12,650 students, providing resources to students and teachers, and hosts a number of educational events for the public.
