The Dodge County Sheriff’s Office has identified the victim of a bicycle vs SUV crash in Dodge County. According to the Sheriff’s Office 31 year old Bronson Crites of Fond du Lac was flown by helicopter to UW Hospital in Madison with potentially life-threatening injuries after he was struck by an SUV while riding his bicycle on state Highway 60 near Roche Road Friday evening. The driver of the SUV, 28 year old Flor Sanchez of Columbus, was not injured. Investigators say Crites was wearing a bike helmet, but was also wearing dark clothing and did not have any lighting on. The crash occurred near the highway fog line.
