One of three men arrested in connection with the robbery of a Tucker’s restaurant employee five years ago has been placed on probation. Fond du Lac judge Richard Nuss placed Thomas Livangood on three years probation with 90 days in the county jail for his role in the incident. Livangood earlier pleaded no contest to false imprisonment, battery and theft. He was originally charged with armed robbery. Livangood and two others were arrested in the robbery of a Tucker’s restaurant employee in May of 2010. Police say the three approached the employee after the restaurant had closed for the night and grabbed the bank deposit bag.
