One person was killed in a head on collision in Fond du Lac County. The crash happened Friday morning on Kiel Road near Schoenborn Road. An initial investigation shows that a pickup truck traveling westbound on Kiel Road crossed the centerline and struck an eastbound semi-tractor trailer. The pickup driver, a 53-year-old Newton, Wisconsin man, was pronounced dead at the scene. The semi driver, a 62-year-old Menasha man, received minor injuries. The highway was closed for approximately five hours following the crash.
