The Administrator of the Wisconsin Division of Trade and Consumer Protection says the Department has your back. Michelle Reinen says there are many free resources and programs for consumers, including several that are new and improved. Reinen says last year the Bureau of Consumer Protection responded to over 10,000 consumer complaints and over 26,000 calls and emails to the consumer protection hotline. New this month the Department of Ag, Trade and Consumer Protection has redesigned its trade and consumer protection web pages to provide a more user friendly experience.
