The Dodge County Sheriff’s Office has identified the victim of a fatal crash last weekend. Thirty year old Matias Roblero Emmanuel was pronounced dead at the scene on County Road B at County Road A. He was the passenger in a pickup truck that failed to stop at a stop sign at the intersection and collided with an SUV. The adult driver of the SUV, 35 year old Adam Mead and adult passenger, 39 year old Sheila Mead, both of Fox Lake received serious injuries in the crash. Their three children received minor injuries. According to the Sheriff’s Office the pickup driver, took a company vehicle, without permission, and was driving under the influence of alcohol and without a valid license. The Sheriff’s Office says he is an undocumented immigrant.
