Fond du Lac police say nobody was injured in a drive by shooting at a Fond du Lac apartment complex over the weekend. Assistant police chief Steve Klein says several gunshots were fired into an apartment at the Mapelwood Commons apartment complex at Martin Avenue and Pioneer Road early Sunday morning. Klein says police are looking for suspects and believe the apartment was targeted by the shooter. “We don’t believe that its a random act of violence. I believe that this was a targeted incident,” Klein told WFDL news. “I do believe the individuals involved are familiar with one another.” Anyone with information is asked to call police.
