MILWAUKEE (AP) — Wisconsin will host at least two presidential debates in the next year. The Democratic National Committee says Wisconsin will get a debate in February or March of next year. The Republican National Committee also plans a November debate in the Badger State. The DNC says the other debate locations are Nevada, Iowa, New Hampshire and South Carolina — the first four states to hold presidential primaries or caucuses. There will also be one in Florida. Wisconsin holds its presidential primary on April 5th, 2016. The candidates for the Democratic nomination include front runner Hillary Clinton, Vermont Senator Bernie Sanders, former Maryland governor Martin O’Malley, former Virginia senator Jim Webb and former Rhode Island governor Lincoln Chafee. Wisconsin is widely seen as one of the battleground states.
