The Dodge County Sheriff says he’s pleased that two dangerous child sex offenders have been removed from a town of Leroy residence. In separate rulings recently judges rescinded orders placing Jonathon Miller and Robert Larson at the Brownsville area residence. Sheriff Dale Schmidt says when the placement orders were issued law enforcement was unaware that young children were living next door. Schmidt says the situation raises the question of communication and flow of information when it comes to placing convicted sex offenders who are being released into the community.
