4-7-16 sanders-clinton could tie in wisconsin delegates

MADISON, Wis. (AP) — Bernie Sanders could leave Wisconsin with the same number of delegates as Hillary Clinton, even though he beat her by 13 points.  Tuesday’s win netted Sanders 10 more delegates than Clinton. But there are also 10 super delegates in the state who can back either candidate, regardless of who won the statewide vote. So far, six of the super delegates have endorsed Clinton. If the other four back her, Clinton will have as many delegates from Wisconsin as Sanders.  The four super delegates who have yet to say who they will back are U.S. Rep. Mark Pocan, state Democratic Party chair Martha Laning, state Rep. David Bowen and Jason Rae.  They have said they will either make a decision after all the states have voted or back the presumptive nominee.
