12-3-14 waupun city budget

A Waupun city budget holds the line on taxes.  The $6.8 million dollar budget approved by the Waupun Common Council includesa szero tax rate increase.  Waupun property owners living in Fond du lac County will actually see a decrease in property taxes.  The $2.5 million tax levy includes a tax rate of $6.51 per $1,000 of valuation in Dodge County and $6.43 per $1,000 in valuation in Fond du Lac County — an 8 cent decrease from last year.
