One person received minor injuries in a crash involving two police squad cars. The incident happened shortly after 8pm Friday during a traffic stop on Johnson St. near N. Seymour St. The squads were struck from behind by a vehicle driven by a 79-year-old Fond du Lac man. A 27-year-old Fond du Lac woman who had been arrested during the traffic stop was in the back seat of one of the squads that was struck. She was transported to St. Agnes Hospital with minor injuries. Officer Kari Gordee was able to safely pull another occupant out of the way as the striking vehicle careened into the police squads. No Officers were hurt in the crash. At the request of the Fond du Lac Police Department, the Wisconsin State Patrol was called to the scene to investigate the accident.
