A 33-year-old Richfield man is facing multiple felony charges after driving his boat into a swim raft on a Washington County lake.
Sheriff’s deputies were called to Friess Lake around 9:30 Sunday morning for multiple reports of a man violating a no wake order and crashing into objects in the water.
As a deputy attempted to make an arrest, the man fled to the shoreline and left his boat running as he tried to get into an area home.
The man is now facing four boating citations, as well as criminal charges for disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and violation of probation.
