3-8-18 fire destroys house in fdl county

Nobody was injured in a fire that destroyed a house in  Fond du Lac County.  Firefighters were called to the scene at  N9932 Winnebago Heights Rd  in the town of Calumet Wednesday afternoon to find flames visible through the roof.   Investigators say the fire appears to  have started near the furnace and is not suspicious. Nobody was home at the time and the residence was  being renovated at the time of the fire.
