The Fond du Lac County Sheriff’s Office Shop with a Cop program is being held Thursday evening. The annual event will take place at Wal-Mart in Fond du Lac. The program allows kids from low-income families to be able to buy Christmas presents. Each child will be allowed to spend up to $50 for family Christmas presents. High school student volunteers will assist with gift wrapping. The kids get their picture taken with Santa Claus followed by dinner with the Law Enforcement Officers. Donations to the program can be dropped off or mailed to the Fond du Lac County Sheriff’s Office.
