Waupun police over the Easter holiday weekend making several owi arrests. Waupun deputy police chief Jeremy Rasch says officers made three owi arrests in a little more than three hour period over the Easter Holiday weekend and another OWI arrest Monday night. “A lot of them are for minor traffic violations such as not having your lights on to no license plates on the vehicle, speeding violations,” Rasch told WFDL news. Rasch says he hasn’t seen this many drunken driving arrests in such a short period of time since he worked patrol almost a decade ago.
