10-25-19 holiday automotive raises money, awareness in fight against breast cancer

In observance of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, the team members of Holiday Automotive raised over $1,800 for donation to the Cancer Center at Agnesian Health
Care in Fond du Lac.    “Team Holiday stepped up,” said Holiday President, Thor Gilbertson, “banding together to
give where we live and to help those right here in our community who are fighting breast cancer.” As part of the movement, Holiday hosted a Pink-Out Day on October 11th
. Staff were encouraged to don pink apparel and participate in a Day Off Payoff promotion with  the reward of an extra day off with pay for selected winners.   The National Breast Cancer Foundation estimates that 1 in 8 women in the US will
develop breast cancer in their lifetime. Next to skin cancers, breast cancer is the most common cancer in American women. There are over 3.5 million breast cancer survivors
