The city of Fond du Lac is giving a break to bars and restaurants hit hard by the cornavirus pandemic. The city council has agreed to a 75 percent refund of the $600 Class B liquor license fee. City manager Joe Moore says Class B license holders were most affected by the Safer at Home order with their primary option being curbside pickup only. Some of them were able to operate in this manner in a limited capacity. The council will consider a formal resolution at their next meeting.
