The Fond du Lac County Public Health Officer says a new emergency order issued by the governor this week to stem the spread of COVID-19 cases pretty much mirrors Fond du Lac County’s Safer Reopening plan.  Public Health Officer Kim Mueller says Fond du Lac County slipped back to phase one of it’s Safer Reopening plan August 24, which recommends the same restrictions for indoor public gatherings that are in the governor’s latest order.  “The 25 percent capacity in stores, bars, restaurants, office, lobbies is in our plan,”  Mueller told WFDL news.  “…and the recommendation for ten people or less per gathering is also in our safe restart plan.”
