A Fond du Lac man has been arrested for assaulting a paramedic. Assistant police chief Steve Klein says the incident happened after the man was transported to St. Agnes Hospital Thursday. “Apparently the patient became combative and struck the paramedic punching him in the chest,” Klein told WFDL news. “Fortunately the paramedic was not seriously injured. We do anticipate this individual will be arrested for battery to a paramedic-firefighter.”
