The Fond du Lac County Health Department is seeking public input on a Community Health Survey. The survey was conducted last summer to identify health issues of primary concern in the county. Public Health Officer Kim Mueller says survey results are now available on the Health Department’s website. Mueller says the Department is seeking public input on the top health issues facing the county. The survey is available online on the health department’s website and takes less than 5 minutes to complete. The last day to take the survey is March 31. Participation in the survey is voluntary and answers will be anonymous, confidential, and combined with those of all other survey respondents to identify common themes/issues.
