Beaver Dam Area Community Theatre (BDACT) is once again producing an area high school musical. Auditions will be held at BDACT located at 117 West Maple Ave. in Beaver Dam. Anyone who is currently in high school is welcome. This year we are putting on the 2012 revision of Stephen Schwartz’s Working. The musical was nominated for 6 Tony awards and has new songs added by Lin-Manuel Miranda. Auditions are Tuesday, May 4, 6:00-8:00 PM or Thursday, May 6, 4:00-6:00 PM. For auditions, be prepared with a 1–2-minute song section from a Broadway song or something similar. Also, download a monologue from Working at WWW.BDACT.ORG. There will be a short choreography combo presented at auditions. Please bring contact info, costume measurements, and your conflict schedule. Performances are June 24-27.
