A long term, chronic offender from Iron Ridge is going to prison. Dodge County Circuit judge Martin DeVries has sentenced 43 year old Bobby Buechel to the maximum two years prison and two years extended supervision for Unlawful Use of a Telephone and Disorderly Conduct. According to a criminal complaint Buechel harassed and threatened his probation agent after a warrant had been issued for his arrest after Buechel threatened to assault his former wife’s boyfriend which caused the office to be placed in lockdown. He threatened a police officer and told the officer that he was going to kill the judge that issued the warrant. Buechel has had 20 criminal convictions since 1995 and repeatedly violated bail conditions.
