A Milwaukee woman accused of killing a Town of Fox Lake man in August has been bound over for trial. Probable cause was found at a preliminary hearing Thursday in Dodge County Circuit Court for 30 year old Kriscilla McHenry. She’s charged with first degree intentional homicide in the death of 43 year old Michael Soeller. According to a criminal complaint, Soeller was stabbed 38 times at his Town of Fox Lake apartment. The complaint also says that McHenry claims Soeller sexually assaulted her. An automobile theft charge was also dismissed at yesterday’s hearing on a motion made by District Attorney Kurt Klomberg. Investigators believe McHenry took the victim’s vehicle after leaving his apartment August 19th. An arraignment hearing on the murder charge has been scheduled for February 25th.
