The Fond du Lac School Board is moving forward to fill a vacancy on the board. Mark Strand announced this week he was resigning after serving for ten years on the board. The School Board is seeking letters of interest from District residents to fill the remainder the term through April 2022. After reviewing applications the Board plans to interview candidates in late September . The Board says desired qualifications include being student-centered, community-minded, collaborative, a strong listener, a good communicator and flexible and eager to learn. Letters must be received no later than 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday, September 8, 2021 and should be addressed to:
