One of two men convicted in the shooting death of a Fond du Lac man across the street from the Press Box Tavern more than four years ago has been sentenced to prison. Fond du Lac judge Andrew Christenson sentenced 27 year old Jesse Schultz to 32 years in prison in the shooting death of Logan Foster. Schultz earlier pleaded guilty to first-degree reckless homicide. Twenty six year old Devon Neuman was earlier convicted of first degree intentional homicide and is scheduled to be sentenced in March. Investigators believe the men attempted to rob Foster, a physical altercation ensued and Foster was shot twice and killed.
