The Winnebago County Correctional Center is reporting an inmate who walked away from the facility. Authorities say 43 year old Michael Blake left the minimum security facility early Monday afternoon. Blake is a white man, 5′7″, 170 pounds. He’s bald and has hazel eyes. He was last seen wearing a beige T-shirt and green pants. He previously lived in the Appleton area and Menasha. He was serving time for possession of amphetamines with intent to deliver in Outagamie County.
