The Fond du Lac Holy Family Catholic Community hosted a Latin American festival this weekend in celebration of the Hispanic community. Latin Flavor represents the heritage of the parish’s Hispanic community and greater Fond du Lac area by including the food and touches of Colombia, El Salvador, Guatemala, Puerto Rico and Venezuela. Holy Family’s Sarah Razner says it’s really all about the wonderful food. “Oh yes!” The food is amazing, it’s all authentic,” Razner said. The festival began with a bilingual English and Spanish Mass. Handmade booths feature food from each country.
