3-31-25 fdl man sentenced to prison in drug overdose case

A Fond du Lac man is going to prison in connection with a drug overdose death. Fond du Lac judge Doug Edelstein sentenced Michael Kimmons to eight years in prison and 10 years extended supervision.  Kimmons supplied the fentanyl and cocaine that led to the overdose death of a Fond du Lac man who used his COVID stimulus check to purchase the drugs.

A Fond du Lac man accused of stabbing a co-worker following an argument at a popular Friday night fish fry spot in Fond du Lac County has made his initial court appearance.  Thirty one year old William Wadusky Jr. is charged with physical abuse of an elder person, substantial battery and disorderly conduct all with use of a dangerous weapon and as a repeat offender.  Bail was set at $25,000 cash.   The incident happened March […]
