SULLIVAN, Wis. (AP) — Severe storms brought rain, damaging winds and reports of tornadoes to south-central Wisconsin late Sunday.  Brian Hahn with the National Weather Service in Sullivan says a tornado may have touched down in Iowa County around 11 p.m.  He says the Weather Service received reports of a "swath of damage" from Highland east toward Dodgeville.
